Silverman Group Appoints CBRE to Lease New Speculative Industrial Building under Construction
After acquiring 80 acres of land in April of 2018, The Silverman Group has awarded CBRE the leasing at its 562,000-sq.-ft. spec industrial development at 1334 Drop Off Drive in Summerville, northwest of Charleston, SC. Located at the Foreign Trade Zone industrial park, site work has commenced with plans to complete construction in Q4 of 2018.
