Description
Madison Farms is a green field development of compact, walkable, interconnected mixed-use neighborhoods. The 100 acre site will feature a diversity of housing choices including small lot singles, traditional townhomes, carriage homes and multi-family units all interconnected with pedestrial walkways.
The community will contain 837 housing units of four different types located on approximately 84 acres of the total site. These residents will front or back onto carefully planned small neighborhood parks. Pedestrian and bicycle connections will be strategically place to allow the residents to easily access public recreational facilities and schools. A community recreation building will serve as the “anchor” of the neighborhood. Located within the Village Green it is the focal point of the entrance boulevard.
The village retail cluster will be located on approximately 16 acres on one side of the site. The planned commercial uses are food/grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, neighborhood pub, service, professional, medical and banking. The commercial center will be designed and maintained with compatible styles to the site as a whole.
