Summit Medical Group Signs Lease
The Silverman Group is proud to announce that we have entered into a long term lease commitment and constructing a brand new 52,000 square foot facility for The Summit Medical Group (SMG). This build-to-suit satellite for SMG will feature a state-of-the-art medical facility offering multispecialty medical services. Included in those services will be an Urgent Care Center, Diagnostic Imaging Department, Phlebotomy and stat lab, and physician offices practices offering multispecialty care including cardiology and cardiac testing, dermatology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, ENT, allergy and immunology, audiology, orthopedics, physical therapy and pulmonary care. Construction for this project is scheduled to commence at the end of the fourth quarter 2013.
