Acqua Café has been buzzing since it opened in late January in the island’s South End.
Since it opened in late January in the South End, Acqua Café, named after the Italian word for water, evidently has been making waves in all the right ways.
Patrons who’ve dined at the restaurant, which features Mediterranean “coastal cuisine” in a stylish indoor-outdoor setting, applaud it. Others say the 92-seat dining establishment is an asset to the “evolving” and “vibrant” South End.
Acqua’s masterminds are longtime successful Palm Beach restaurateurs Arlene Desiderio and her son, Jose-Luis Duran.
