Description
Crosspointe Logistics Center is a 900-acre industrial campus strategically located in the greater Richmond area near the intersection of Interstates 85, 95, and 295, with easy access to major seaports via Route 60.
The Silverman Group and Hillwood Investment Properties have partnered on a new, $366 million, two-million-square-foot regional distribution center for international toymaker LEGO Group. The two million-square-foot facility will rise on a 200-plus-acre site at 8800 Wells Station Road, across from the former Rolls-Royce manufacturing facility.
Crosspointe Logistics Center features a 292,000-square-foot manufacturing building with extensive electrical infrastructure, previously leased by Rolls-Royce. The remaining acreage offers ample space for future industrial development, including plans for four Class A manufacturing and distribution buildings ranging in size from 226K-625K square feet.
